The J&J Alumni Network is a vibrant community that helps former colleagues from the Johnson & Johnson group in Belgium stay connected and keep in touch.

Our mission is:
Share information: through regular newsletters about the company’s evolution.
Maintain and strengthen bonds: through social events and activities, including guest presentations, day trips, and exclusive company visits.

Are you 55 or older, or celebrating your 55th birthday soon? If you are also a former or soon-to-be former employee of J&J in Belgium, check below to see if you can join the Johnson & Johnson Alumni Network (JnJAN)!

About us

The Johnson & Johnson Alumni Network is a non-profit organization that grew out of the retired Janssen employees’ network. We were previously known as the ‘Janssen Senioren Netwerk’.

Our activities and updates are primarily focused on seniors from J&J’s pharmaceutical sector in Belgium. As of 2026, we are also excited to welcome colleagues from Johnson & Johnson MedTech. While our main working language is Dutch, everyone is encouraged to join.

The network currently has around 650 members. While JnJAN is recognized and supported by the management of J&J Innovative Medicine in Belgium, we operate as an independent entity with our own activities and a board run entirely by volunteers.

Our activities

Below are examples of activities we organize. More information on the activities actually planned are announced in due course via our calendar of activities in the member zone of our website. You can register there if you want to participate.
